Refund Policy: 

Since our products are custom-made upon request, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are committed to finding a resolution. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unaltered, unworn, and in saleable condition. In some cases, if returning the product to our facility is not feasible, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local customs.
